Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
3 c. plain flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
5 large eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

Preparation

Cream the sugar, Crisco and margarine.
Add eggs.
Add milk and dry ingredients, blending thoroughly.
Put in tube pan.
Place in cold oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
