Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. confectioners sugar
2 oz. chopped nuts
2 oz. cream cheese
1 oz. cocoa powder
chocolate sprinkles
Preparation

Put the cheese, chopped nuts, confectioners sugar and cocoa powder in the mixing bowl; stir until everything is well mixed. Now roll the mixture in the palms of your hands.
You can make them bigger if you like.
Spread the sprinkles on the work surface and carefully roll the truffles in them.
Then put each one in a paper candy cup.
