Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter or 6 oz. shortening
2 whole eggs
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together sugar and butter or shortening, then add eggs and pumpkin; mix well.\tAdd dry ingredients.
You may add nuts and raisins if desired.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
