Cappuccino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sticks cinnamon
    12 whole cloves
    1/2 c. instant Espresso coffee
    6 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. half and half
    2 c. (1 pt.) heavy cream
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Tie cinnamon sticks and cloves in cheesecloth and drop into a saucepan.
    Add coffee and boiling water.
    Cover and steep 5 minutes.
    Remove spice bag.
    Stir in sugar and half and half. Beat cream until soft peaks form.
    Serve in warmed mugs or stemmed glasses.
    Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with nutmeg.
