Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.
Mix ingredients lightly, reserving 1/2 crumbs for top.
Bake for 1 hour.
