Ingredients

10 to 12 small beets, cooked
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cooking liquid
salt to taste
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook and skin beets.
Use whole or quartered.
Set aside.
Mix all ingredients except beets.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add beets and butter.
Cool.
