Beef Tips & Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 small onion, chopped finely
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, and peppers in butter.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper and meat tenderizer as it starts to cook.
    Cook until done. Drain, saving meat juices.
