Okra Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil (for deep-frying)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. small okra pods, topped
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. flour
    hot sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat 3-inches of oil to 375\u00b0 in a heavy saucepan or fryer. Place 1 1/2 cups water in medium saucepan and bring it to a boil. Drop in the okra and cook for 10 minutes. Drain it and place in food processor. Pulse until you have a paste.
