Microwave Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baked potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes 6 minutes per potato.
    Cut thin, lengthwise strips from tops of potatoes.
    Scoop out centers from potatoes, leaving 1/4 inch thick shell.
    Reserve scooped out potatoes in medium bowl.
    Combine scooped out potatoes, cheese, milk, egg, butter, salt and pepper.
    Beat at medium speed until smooth.
    Spoon into potato shells.
    Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes.
