Pumpkin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked pie shell
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. evaporated milk with 1/2 c. water, mixed and scalded
Preparation
    Cream oleo with brown sugar.
    Stir in pecans.
    Press over pastry shell.
    Bake in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then turn oven down to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until a knife inserted comes out clean.
