Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or yams
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch pie plate.
    Beat all ingredients one
    minute in blender on high or two minutes with hand beater, until smooth.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake until knife inserted
    in
    center
    comes
    out clean, approximately 50 to 55 minutes.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
