Indian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    dash of curry powder
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    2 c. hot cooked long grain rice
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter; add onion, almonds and curry powder.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Stir in raisins; heat until raisins are plump, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in rice.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
