Breakfast Casserole By Mavis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 slices buttered bread
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    onions and green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Put buttered bread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    \"Pam\" should be sprayed on the pan ahead of time preferably.
    Top bread with sausage and cover with cheese.
    Peppers and/or onions may be added somewhere in this process.
    Let stand overnight.
    The next day, cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
