A Meal-In-One Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
medium onion
1 bell pepper
2 cans soup (Cheddar cheese, celery or onion)
Tater Tots
Preparation

Place meat in bottom of casserole dish.
Thinly slice onion and pepper and place on top of meat.
Spread undiluted soup on top of pepper.
Add potato tots to cover top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
