Chili Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, egg and tomato soup. Shape into 2-inch meat balls.
    Brown in 1 tablespoon of shortening.
    Mix remaining soup, chili powder and water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
