1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Beat whipping cream in chilled 1 1/2-pint bowl until stiff. Mix remaining ingredients.
Fold into whipped cream.
Makes about 1 cup sauce; 25 calories per tablespoon.
