French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Italian bread, thick slices
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, cut up
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Arrange bread in prepared dish. Pour mixture over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let set 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve.
