Ingredients

6 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
6 c. flour
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add other ingredients and mix; use a mixer.
Put in covered bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Heat griddle to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 and oil surface.
Place dough by spoonfuls on surface and flatten so it will cook evenly.
Turn when brown. Serve with butter and sugar.
Recipe can be halved.
