Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless pork cutlets
    1 Tbsp. Chef's salt*
    1 c. flour
    2 large eggs, beaten with 4 Tbsp. cold water
    2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    2 c. lard (for frying)
Preparation
    *Make this from 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (not garlic powder).
