Tomato Bisque Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1/2 can milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Preparation

Mix together and heat in double boiler.
Makes 12 cups.
