Texas Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    10 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. corn flakes
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix together all of the above except corn flakes and butter. Put in baking dish and top with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
