Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    5 slices white bread
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain well.
    Butter a large baking pan. Process bread into fine crumbs.
    Chop onion.
    Cook onion in oil until soft, about 2 minutes.
    Whisk eggs with milk, basil, salt and pepper.
    Add spinach, onion, turkey, bread crumbs and lemon juice; mix well.
    Turn mixture out into baking pan and form it into a 9 x 5-inch loaf.
    Brush with ketchup and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Melt butter.
    Baste loaf with butter and continue to bake, basting occasionally.
