Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All, drained (largest)
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
