Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork, cubed
3/4 c. peanut oil
2 large eggs
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
4 slices pineapple
2 tsp. or more soy sauce
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 cans beef stock
cornstarch
salt and pepper
Preparation

Make a batter of the eggs with some salt and pepper.
Dip cubed pork in batter and brown in the oil.
Drain meat and add the bell pepper, garlic, salt, pineapple, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and stock.
Thicken with cornstarch to desired consistency.
