Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 c. softened butter or margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine milk and flour in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until it thickens and boils.
Let cool.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla and cooled flour mixture.
Beat in electric mixer at medium speed until all ingredients are dissolved, about 10 minutes.
Frost cake; chill in refrigerator. More delicious if topped with your own chocolate icing, thinned to slow pouring consistency.
