Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 scant c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and pulp together.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Add melted butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Leave in pan until cool.
    Cut in squares.
