Tart Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. (heaping) flour/cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine sugar, egg yolks and flour/cornstarch; mix well.
    Stir in can of evaporated milk and water.
    Cook slowly over low heat until it thickens.
    Add lemon juice and pour into baked pie crust. Top with meringue and bake until browned at 350\u00b0.
