Exotic Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked cubed ham
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. preserved ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 cups water with bouillon cubes.
    Clean and cook shrimp.
    Brown following ingredients in skillet:
    ham, onion, garlic and salad oil.
    Blend together soy sauce, curry powder, ginger and salt.
    Add sauce mixture to ham mixture with green pepper cut in strips.
    Cut shrimp and add.
    Add 4 slices of pineapple, cubed.
    Heat through.
    Toss mixture with cooked rice and place in greased casserole.
    Heat in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
