Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. fennel seeds
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 lb. Mozzarella, cubed
3 (8 oz.) party rye loaves
Preparation

Take casings off sausage as needed. Crumble into large skillet. Brown. Add onions and green pepper. Cook until browned and done. Drain well. Blot with paper towel. Heat on low. Add cheese and seasonings. Heat until melted. Keep warm. Put 1 tablespoon onto bread and spread. Freeze on a cookie sheet and then transfer to a Ziploc bag. You can then get out a few without them \"sticking together\". Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes a bunch of appetizers.
