Heavenly Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. angel food cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 large can peaches
Preparation
    Bake cake and cool.
    Mix together milk, lemon juice and almond extract.
    Cut peaches into bite size pieces.
    When cake is cold, slice off top about 1-inch thick.
    Put to one side; be careful not to break apart.
    With sharp knife, cut down and around cake and carefully scoop out, leaving a trench.
    Combine whipped topping with first mixture and divide in half.
    To one half, add broken up cake pieces and peaches.
    Stuff into cake and replace top.
    Ice cake with remainder of mixture.
    Decorate with peach slices. Refrigerate immediately.
