Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 to 20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mixture
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream (low-fat or regular)
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee onion rings
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine soup, vegetables, sour cream, pepper, half of Swiss cheese and half of onion rings.
Put in 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
