Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and shortening.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add flavoring to milk.
Sift flour with salt and baking powder; add milk and flour mixture to egg mixture.
Pour into well greased tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
