Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer until well mixed and mostly smooth.
    Put in foil lined cupcake tins (fill 1/2 way).
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    While baking, combine 8 ounces sour cream, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Remove cupcakes when done and allow to sit out on counter in pan about 5 minutes or until center sinks.
    Put a teaspoonful of sour cream mixture on top of each cupcake.
    Return to oven.
    Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Tastes better the 2nd day.
