Slim Jim Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes (undrained)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in a large frypan or Dutch oven; drain off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer, covered, for one to two hours.
