Tomato Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hot baked potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Scoop out and reserve shells.
    Mix potato with other ingredients, except cheese.
    Return to potato shells.
    Top with cheese.
    Place in conventional or microwave oven until hot and cheese is melted.
    Makes 8 stuffed potato halves.
