Easy Garden Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese (I like Cheddar better)
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese evenly in pan. Beat Bisquick, eggs, milk and spices until smooth with mixer.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0 in 8 x 8-inch square lightly oiled pan until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let set 5 minutes before serving.
