Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    6 oz. hot sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line unbaked pie shell with 1/2 of cheese. Top cheese with cooked sausage. Cover with remaining cheese.
