Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 small onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a small casserole dish.
    Skin and bone chicken breasts.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    In a small skillet, brown chicken in margarine.
    After browning, place in casserole along with remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour.
