Sweet Potatoes And Marshmallows - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 sweet potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
15 oz. container marshmallows

Preparation

Peel sweet potatoes.
Boil in salted water until soft.
Drain and mash with butter or margarine; season to taste.
Spread in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish (greased).
