Oven-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes
1/2 stick butter
flour

Preparation

While preheating oven to 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0, melt butter in large Pyrex dish.
Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
Coat potatoes in a bag with flour.
Place potatoes in Pyrex dish with butter and stir until all are coated well.
Cook for approximately 45 minutes.
