Steak And Pepper Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    3 small bell peppers (1/4-inch slices)
    1 bunch broccoli
    3/4 lb. London Broil, cooked and sliced
    1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Heat oil in hot skillet.
    Add onions and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
    Add ginger, peppers and broccoli; cook 5 minutes, adding meat after 2 minutes.
    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add to pan.
    Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
