Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Add sugar and yeast to warm water.
    Let stand 30 minutes. Blend dry ingredients.
    Add butter and honey.
    Add yeast mixture while mixing on low speed.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Knead dough. Roll into pie type flat dough.
    Cut into 3 x 2-inch squares.
    Cook in deep fat at 375\u00b0.
    After placing dough in hot fat, punch once so dough goes below level of fat.
    Remove when golden.
    Drain and serve with honey.
