Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten until frothy
3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 Tbsp. salt
4 c. bread cubes
Preparation

Butter 1 1/2-quart dish.
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Stir in bread and raisins.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Put in dish.
Put water in pan to reach halfway up on sides of dish.
Bake until knife comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
