Veal With Mushrooms And White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pound veal cutlets and dredge in flour.
    Heat large frying pan over medium heat; put in oil.
    Drop in cutlets, salt and pepper to taste and cook, turning over at least 1 to 2 times.
    Add minced garlic and butter and cook a few more minutes.
    Then add sliced mushrooms, covering cutlets.
    Add wine and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Liquid will reduce down; you may need to add more wine.
    Salt and pepper again to taste.
