Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine rice, milk, sugar and butter.
Cook over medium heat until thick (about 30 minutes) and stirring often.
Add vanilla and raisins. Serve hot or cold.
