Kentucky Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1 1lb. 2 oz.) cans vacuum packed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Warm sweet potatoes in a large saucepan.
    Mash with electric mixture.
    Add sugar, bourbon, margarine and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Turn mixture into shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with marshmallows.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows are golden.
