Meme'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 can Carnation milk
3/4 stick margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix potatoes, milk, margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla together and beat well.
Bake in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix corn flakes, brown sugar, pecans and coconut together and sprinkle over the top of casserole.
Brown in oven a few minutes.
