Easy Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. mild chili powder
1 c. corn chips
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook beef, onions and pepper until browned.
Drain.
Add tomatoes, corn, ketchup and chili powder.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove.
Top with corn chips and cheese.
Put back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
