Microwave San Francisco Chops(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick and boneless)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Trim pork chops of excess fat.
    In a microwave-safe shallow dish (the rounder the shape of the container, the better), combine the oil and garlic.
    Spread evenly in dish.
    Microwave at High power for 1 minute.
