Squash Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. yellow squash
1 small onion
2 eggs
1 c. soft bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Drain and mash, then add onion, eggs and salt and pepper to taste.
Make into firm balls and roll in bread crumbs.
Fry in deep fat until brown.
